Please remember that overnight parking is permitted only in the garage or the driveway of each unit. Also, there is one parking space at the postal kiosk that is reserved for mail pickup and delivery ONLY. Vehicles parked in violation of the just stated restrictions shall be subject to towing. Overflow parking is available in the paved parking lot at the entrance, at the postal kiosk in lanes not reserved for mail pickup and delivery, and along the edge of the cul-de-sac on the North end of Mission Lakes Drive. Vehicles left in the overflow areas for extended periods of time will also be subject to towing.NOTE: Legal notice and authority is posted on a sign just inside the entrance gate.Towing Service: Maurice's Auto Repair & Towing, 3025 Drane Field Rd., Lakeland 863-646-4479 Speed Limit - 15mph
On A Different Topic - The Board recently approved and released a specification for window tinting in Mission Lakes residences: 1) tinting will have no pattern, (2) tinting cannot extend beyond the glass, (3) cannot exceed 15% or less visible light reflection, and (4) no light transmission 50% or greater.
